The Roncy is a new mid-rise condominium residence currently under pre-construction in the heart of Roncesvalles Village located near Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West in Toronto, Ontario by Worsley Urban Partners. This proposed building will be 10 storeys high with 130 residential suites with retail at grade level and 2 levels of underground parking.
Roncesvalles Village is located in the central west end of the City of Toronto with a European presence located near Little Portugal and Little Italy. This neighbourhood is a mix of local bakeries, restaurants and "boutiques and indie coffee houses".
